Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Black People Vacation. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for physical products such as apparel, mugs, and accessories.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Incorrect item received

If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this window, orders may already be in production or processing and cannot be canceled.
